Dr Oz Show: Kitchen Diva’s Power Bar Recipe & Healthy Snacks
Kitchen Diva Strength Bar Recipe

Medical professional Oz did any segment with the Kitchen Diva Angela Medearis to teach us about Healthy Snack Alternatives like the woman's Power Bar Menu. Doctor Oz has had your kitchen Diva on their show before if they did segments including the following: Dr Oz: Energy Boosting Stuffed Peppers and The Home Diva’s Chicken Pot Quiche Recipe. This time however, Angela Medearis focused on transforming unhealthy snacks into foods that are good for you. She headed to the South Street Seaport in New York City to trade bad snacks through the food court with healthy snack options. She replaced one lady’s delicate pretzel, which has over Seven hundred calories, for a ziploc handbag of regular crunchy pretzels. Up coming, she swapped any man’s ice cream sandwich to get a baggy of candied insane. And finally she required away an slimy piece of food court pizza and offered the girl some “Diva Pizza” made from chicken, spinach and whole wheat pizza dough instead.

The Kitchen Diva delivered her new pizza-loving friend back to the Medical professional Oz Show to create a healthy snack called the Dr Oz Strength BarsKitchen Diva Power Cafes. These are like the power pubs that you buy on the grocery store, but they price much less and are considerably healthier since you decide on all of the ingredients that adopts them. The dry substances included rolled oats, sunflower seed, wheat germ, whole wheat grains flour, dried apricots, raisins and almonds. And the wet element mixture was made of the banana, soft tofu, sugar-cinnamon, nutmeg, agave syrup, vanilla and offspring. Angela Medearis told Doctor Oz of that each Power Tavern is probably only about 200 calories, but the power you gain from eating them and the funds that you save are both priceless!
