Dr Oz of gave two friends three 30 Next Health Challenges: an account balance Test, a Lung Ability Test and a Fitness Level Test. Here is how Medical professional Oz ran these kind of Health Tests for those who like to try them out there at home.

Dr Oz: Balance Test

Doctor Oz gave each of his guests a new plate that they had to be able to balance on their go. Then they were given A few blocks that they had for you to stack one along with the Dr Ounce Health Challengesother, all in addition to the plate on their go. The person to get the most blocks stacked at the end of 30 seconds earned. I could see this being a really fun video game for at a kid’s party! Dr Oz said that when folks are older as well as fall down, it can cause critical problems. So it is important to apply your balance when you are more youthful to help avoid issues later on.

Dr Ounce: Lung Capacity Test

Dr Oz had three ping pong balls: one was red, one of the ways yellow and one ended up being blue. Then he had 3 matching horseshoes (again in red, blue along with yellow). Each lady were required to blow the coordinating ping pong ball into the horseshoe of the same color.
