Dr Oz: Corny Chicken Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole

Dr Oz made a Philippine Fiesta with a Hot and spicy Mango Margarita, Cheesy Poultry Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole. Ole!

Dr Oz: Cheesy Chicken Taquitos Recipke

Ingredients

4 H water
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast (cut straight into halves)
1 tsp fresh new oregano (contains antioxidants)
Half-dozen oz Monterey Jack (shredded)
1 tsp chopped chives (create flavor without the fat)
½ tsp salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
16 ingrown toenail tortillas (soft)
Canola oil cooking food spray
2 G Jicama guacamole (optional)
Extra sodium (to taste)

Directions

Fill pot with water and bring in order to boil over
Add chicken and salt (to taste) You can also steam, if you like
Bring to boil and then lessen heat
Cover chicken breast and simmer for Quarter-hour (chicken should be sore but fully grilled)
Remove chicken via pan and demolish chicken into lean strips or cubes
Combine chicken, cheese, herbs, salt and pepper inside a mixing bowl
Softly heat tortillas on griddle
Place thin remove of filling lengthwise upon tortillas and then roll tightly
Use toothpicks to protected roll
Lightly spray taquito with cooking oil
Recurring with remaining materials
Bake filled taquitos with cooking pan for approximately 10 minutes (taquito should be golden brown and a bit crispy)

Serve along with Jicama-Guacamole (optional)
Dr Oz: Jicama Guacamole Recipe

Materials

2 C perfectly chopped jicama (low in energy and high in vit c)-gives the dish an excellent crunch
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 H tomatoes, chopped (high in antioxidants)
2-3 diced Serrano chiles
½ C red onion (carefully chopped)
1 perfectly chopped large avocado
Juice of ½lime
One teaspoon salt (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl along with stir.
Dr Oz: Spicy Pear Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

5 oz tequila
Two oz lime fruit juice, freshly squeezed
A couple of oz orange alcohol
6 oz unsweetened mango juice
½ tsp soup powder (revs up rate of metabolism)
Ice cubes

Directions

Incorporate tequila, lime juice, orange liquor, apple juice and chili powder in a drink shaker
Add the glaciers
Cover and protein shake until chilled
Place the combined chili powdered and salt on a plate
Contract a piece of lime around the rim of the window
Rim the edge of the glass by urgent it into the mix
Pour margarita into a wine glass (hurricane style)
Garnish rim with lime wedges and soup powder
Add a drop of salt for you to taste
Dr Oz: 7-Layer Fat Dealing with Dip Recipe
