Physician Oz was joined by Celebrity Chef and also Host of Large Daddy’s House, Aaron McCargo Jr. (Huge Daddy) to prepare his / her grandmother’s chicken and dumplings-the balanced way! (Uh-oh, don’t know if Huge Momma is gonna this way!)

Dr Oz learned to make a Chicken breast & Dumplings Recipe along with falafel.

Big Daddy told Dr Oz that he took their grandmother’s chicken and dumpling formula and made some replacements to make it healthier for the following generation.
Big Daddy’s Chicken breast & Falafel Dumplings Recipe

Hen Stock

5 cups diced cooked hen (easier and just competitive with raw chicken)
Only two qts low-sodium chicken stock (used in place of regular fowl stock)
¼ C diced celery (finely sliced)
¼ C onions (perfectly diced)
1 Tablespoons of of chicken bouillon powdered ingredients
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 Tbsp aggressive black pepper (for added style)

Falafel

1 (16-oz) can chickpeas (drain and fully dried up. Smash-or chop-in food processor)
¼- ½ C mug chickpea flour (much healthier for you!)
¼ D onions, finely diced
1 1/2 tsp refreshing garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (gives it a little bit of any bite)
1 ½ teaspoon cumin
1 tsp kosher salt (for really taste)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the chicken stock throughout pot and bring for you to soft boil
Mix all Falafel ingredients together in a medium sized bowl (except flour add little by little until you achieve a moldable uniformity) until smooth and well-mixed
Turn heat with chicken stock to help low
Use a tsp . to drop falafel mixture in heated stock
Softly stir for 2-4 minutes
Turn off heat and serve

Traditional chicken breast and dumplings- 661 calories. Big Daddy’s-350 calories. (Sounds good to me!)
