Dr Oz Supermilk Smoothie Recipe

2. You can also use frozen fruit to make the smoothie thicker and colder, or you can add ice to do the same trick.

Leave a comment below and let everyone know if you liked this smoothie and what fruit combination you tried! I love the combination of strawberries and bananas, and you can buy frozen organic strawberries for less than fresh ones most of the time, so that is what I do.

Dr Oz Bean Salad Recipe

Dr Oz Bean Salad Recipe. Dr Oz do a segment named Trick Your Taste Buds where he educated people how to eat well that they usually do not like. One lady said that your woman hates to eat espresso beans because they taste just like mushy dirt. I professionally cannot get adequate beans! Doctor Oz said that if you do not like the texture of beans, attempt making a Crunchy Beans Salad Recipe alternatively. Here is Dr Oz’s menu, which sounds wonderful, except that I would work with a bag of pinto beans and cook them myself rather than to make use of cans of beans - but that is your own preference mainly to stop BPA found in canned food items.

Dr Oz Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 celery ribs, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 medium apple, diced

1 small red onion, diced

1 (15 oz) can organic black beans, drained

1 (15 oz) can organic kidney beans, drained

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp agave nectar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

Dr Oz Crunchy Bean Salad Recipe

Directions:

1. Mix together the apple, beans, yellow pepper and celery in a large bowl.

2. Mix the beans with the vinegar, agave nectar, olive oil, pepper and salt. It might work better to first mix these ingredients together in a small bowl to make the dressing before pouring it over the bean and vegetable mixture.

3. Sprinkle the salad with chopped cilantro.

Dr Oz Spinach Dip Recipe

Dr Oz Spinach Dip Recipe. Dr Oz does a segment known as Trick Your Preferences to teach us the way to eat healthy foods that we normally do not like. Many people don't like the taste of kale because it can be nasty. Here is Medical professional Oz’s Spinach Dip Recipke:

8 oz soft tofu

1 tbsp olive oil

Even though the above is exactly what Dr Oz said to do, I would add the chopped spinach after processing together the rest of the ingredients. But that is a matter of preference, and I do tend to love spinach, so perhaps that is why!

Dr Oz Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Dr Oz Banana Ice Cream Recipe. Dr Oz pointed out that Banana Ice Cream helps to reduce your chance of getting Kidney Cancers, but the thing which intrigued me the most about Dr Oz’s Bananas Ice Cream Recipe is it really only needs one thing - bananas! Who would have thought that you might make a healthy tasty ice cream that does not entail sugar, sweeteners, or perhaps milk or dairy products?!?! Doctor Oz got the recipe from Medical professional Caldwell Esselstyn’s book called Prevent and Reverse Coronary disease: The Revolutionary, Scientifically Established, Nutrition-Based Cure, which I might highly recommend checking out.

Dr Oz Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 Banana per person (the more ripe it is, the sweeter your ice cream will be)

- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- Nutmeg (optional)

- Cinnamon (optional)

Dr Oz’s Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Directions:

1. Remove the peels from the bananas and slice them up.

2. Put the banana slices onto a baking sheet and place it in your freezer.

3. Once the bananas are frozen all the way through, take them out to thaw slightly.

4. Put the frozen bananas into a strong blender (or even a food processor should work), along with 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

5. Sprinkle the top of the Banana Ice Cream with nutmeg, cinnamon or berries.

Your imagination is the limit with this healthy ice cream recipe. You can try the same thing with different fruits like berries 0r mangoes. If you like strawberry banana smoothies, try mixing frozen strawberries and frozen bananas to make an ice cream. Or if you like peanut butter, try mixing some peanut butter into the banana ice cream. Please leave a comment below and share your thoughts on this diet recipe… I’d love to hear the fun variations that everyone comes up with!
