Dr Oz: Super Milk Smoothie Recipe by The Beekman Boys

Dr Oz: Super Milk Smoothie Recipe by The Beekman Boys. Dr Oz brought The Fabulous Beekman Boys, Dr Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell, onto The Doctor Oz Show to teach us about the benefits of goats milk over regular cow’s milk. In addition to goat’s milk having less fat, it is also easier for people to digest – even people who are generally lactose intolerant. Here is the Beekman Boys’ Supermilk Smoothie Recipe!

Fabulous Beekman Boys Super Milk Smoothie Recipe

2 squirts of honey

Goat’s milk (to taste)

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients into your favorite blender and blend until smooth.

2. You can also use frozen fruit to make the smoothie thicker and colder, or you can add ice to do the same trick.

Leave a comment below and let everyone know if you liked this smoothie and what fruit combination you tried! I love the combination of strawberries and bananas, and you can buy frozen organic strawberries for less than fresh ones most of the time, so that is what I do.
