Dr Oz Spinach Dip Recipe

Dr Oz Spinach Dip Recipe. Dr Oz does a segment known as Trick Your Preferences to teach us the way to eat healthy foods that we normally do not like. Many people don't like the taste of kale because it can be nasty. Doctor Oz said that should you mix spinach together with yogurt or wrong cream, like you accomplish in a dip, it can balance out your bitter taste with the spinach. Here is Medical professional Oz’s Spinach Dip Recipke:

Dr Oz Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped organic spinach, thawed and well drained

8 oz soft tofu

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

Freshly ground pepper

1 cube no salt added vegetable bullion

Directions:

1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Serve the Spinach Dip with either pita chips or vegetables (the healthy choice!).

Even though the above is exactly what Dr Oz said to do, I would add the chopped spinach after processing together the rest of the ingredients. But that is a matter of preference, and I do tend to love spinach, so perhaps that is why!
