Dr Oz Salmon Salad Recipe

Dr Oz Salmon Salad Recipe. Dr Oz did a segment referred to as Trick Your Tastebuds and one of the most frequent healthy foods that people do not like is fish, specifically salmon. Why? Because that smells so fishy! Doctor Oz gave an incredible trick which is that when you soak your current salmon in dairy for an hour before cooking it, you'll eliminate the fishy smell! Dr Oz also suggested making something like the next Salmon Salad Recipe to trick your own taste buds into preference the taste of fish.

Dr Oz Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

6 oz soft tofu

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

Freshly ground pepper

Dash of hot sauce

1/2 cup diced celery stalks

1/2 cup diced red onion

7 oz canned salmon

Dr Oz’s Salmon Salad Recipe

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, tofu, salt, hot sauce and pepper. You want a super creamy consistency.

2. In another bowl mix together the celery, onion and salmon.

3. Stir the tofu mix into the salmon bowl.

4. Adjust the seasoning to your personal taste.

5. Serve the Salmon Salad in a pita with lettuce and tomato or on whole wheat crackers.
