Even though the above is exactly what Dr Oz said to do, I would add the chopped spinach after processing together the rest of the ingredients. But that is a matter of preference, and I do tend to love spinach, so perhaps that is why!

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray nonstick cooking spray inside of a muffin tin tray.

Directions:
1. Boil your pasta according to the directions on the box. You want a nice al dente pasta.
2. Drain the pasta but keep an extra cup of the starchy cooking liquid to temper the eggs later on.
3. Meanwhile, over medium-high heat, warm up a pan with olive oil (or EVOO like Rachel Ray likes to say!).
4. Add the anchovies to the pan and cook until they melt into the oil, which takes a couple of minutes. After this happens, the anchovies will not have a “fishy” taste.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add garlic into the pan.
6. Cook for a minute and then mix in the Worcestershire sauce.
7. Wilt the kale into the pan and add some nutmeg, lots of pepper and the fresh lemon juice.
8. Beat the egg yolks in a separate bowl with a fork and add the warm starchy pasta water to help temper the egg yolks.
9. Turn the heat off and mix the pasta into the pan.
10. Toss in the eggs and half of the pecorino romano cheese into the pan for a minute.
11. Serve with olive oil drizzled on top and with a sprinkling of the cheese.

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter, extra virgin olive oil, shallots and garlic.
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes and then add vodka to the pan. Rachael Ray said that three turns around the pan in a steady stream comes out to around 1 cup of vodka, but I always measure.
3. Let the sauce reduce in half for a few minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes and chicken stock to your pan.
5. Let your sauce come to a bubble and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
6. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
7. Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the directions on the box or until it is al dente.
8. Mix the cream into the pasta sauce, and let it come back up to a bubble.
9. Remove the sauce from the heat and toss the hot pasta in the sauce.
10. Sprinkle chopped up basil leaves on top and serve with crusty bread.
