Dr Oz Watermelon Banana Split Recipe: Sinless Dessert!. Dr Oz’s Diets For every single Decade show integrated a couple of great quality recipes. One recipe is the Physician Oz Sinless Watermelon Break up Recipe which is great for men and women in their 50’s : though frankly I think people of all ages would love it! Dr Oz got the usual banana separated and replaced the ice cream with melon and Greek Low fat yogurt (for a creamy experience!). Dr Oz: Sinless Watermelon Split Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 3 scoops of watermelon
- 3 dollops of vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- Low-fat granola
- Dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Cut the bananas in half and place into serving bowls.
  2. Top the banana halves with the watermelon scoops.
  3. Put a nice dollop of Greek Yogurt on top of the “banana split.”
  4. Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the whole dessert. Dr Oz suggested things like blueberries, ground flaxseed, dark chocolate chips and low-fat granola.
