Dr Oz: Dr Michael Breus Sleep Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup tart cherry juice (I love this brand: Tart Cherry Juice)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup soy milk or 4-6 oz soy yogurt (if using soy yogurt, add an additional 1/2 cup fat-free milk)
5 ice cubes
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Put the banana, cherry juice, milk or yogurt, vanilla and ice into your favorite blender.
