Dr Oz Pesto Recipe to Crush Your Cravings. I think this sauce will be great on many methods from a grilled chicken white meat to salmon for you to whole wheat pasta.

Dr Oz Crush Your Cravings Pesto Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh basil
1 cup kale
1/2 cup pine nuts
½ green apple, sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp pink rock or grey sea salt
1 tsp EGCG extract (optional)

Dr Oz Pesto Sauce Recipe

Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor.

2. Blend the pesto sauce on high until you get the texture you are looking for.

3. Store in a glass jar in the fridge until you are ready to use it, or you can store it in the freezer for a longer period of time.

4. Serve on whole grain high bran crackers or you can try one of my ideas from above (serving the pesto sauce over chicken, salmon or whole grain pasta).
